The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) have entered into the first undergraduate student exchange agreement with South China University of Technology (SCUT) on February 28, aiming to enhance students' understanding of the Greater Bay Area.

As leading technology universities, HKUST and SCUT play crucial roles in supporting the development of higher education in the Greater Bay Area and the country. With new campuses and international colleges established in Guangzhou and Nansha respectively, HKUST and SCUT are well-positioned to strengthen their collaboration in talent development and scientific research.
